The process from start to finish was perfect. We have dogs so really needed a same day start/complete and the PM made sure we were scheduled appropriately and the work was completed. The onsite team was fast, efficient, did an excellent job with cleanup and in an area with several work from home neighbors, kept the noise level restricted to only what was necessary to accomplish the job. We couldn’t be happier with the process, cost, or results.

Top Rail was awesome. They completed our fence in one day. Removed the old chain link fence and then installed the beautiful new wooden fence. We are so excited to be in our backyard more!

We had the best experience with Top Rail Fence Richmond from start to finish! Bob the owner was incredibly kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us find the perfect fence for our new home and was always available to answer questions. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. We experienced a few weather-related delays, but Tanner, the operations manager, maintained excellent communication throughout and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We always felt informed and confident that our project was in good hands. The Top Rail work crew was amazing! They worked incredibly fast the day of, were friendly, and the craftsmanship of our fence will last for years to come. Our family is so grateful to Top Rail Fence Richmond for giving us a beautiful backyard that is safe and enjoyable for our little ones and dogs. We couldn't recommend a better company—they truly take care of their customers from start to finish!

We recently contracted Top Rail to do our white vinyl fence which was a great upgrade from our broken down wood one. Let me tell you that they did an amazing job!! Install guys were professional and quick. Cleaned up nice and I couldn’t be happier!

I absolutely love my new fence! Bob went above and beyond to make sure my tiny dogs could not escape anymore! The crew was fantastic! They were professionalism and quality of work was amazing ! Top Rail Fence guys did a Wonderful job.

This was our SECOND fence project with Top Rail! Bob listens to our needs and puts them into plans. Tanner communicates the timing of the plans and keeps us updated. Hercules and Christopher execute the plans meticulously leveling each section and carefully cleaning up all debris before departing. I’m already dreaming up my next project with Top Rail!

Top Rail Fence Richmond was exceptional. Firstly, their price was the most reasonable among all the quotes. Also, they helped me with my HOA request. I got the vinyl fence for my home and was built in one day. Special shot out to Bob. He was alway willing to help and make sure I was satisfied.

I had a really great experience with Top Rail Fence from start to finish. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the crew worked incredibly fast while still paying attention to details. They explained measurements and layout clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the fence already feels very sturdy and well-built. Even with weather/rain delays, they kept things moving and came back to make sure everything was completed correctly instead of rushing through it. I also appreciated that they were patient with all my questions during the install process. The finished fence looks clean, straight, and completely transformed the yard. Overall, very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I can definitely see why they have such strong reviews already.
