The workers are hard working people. They ripped out my old fence and completely replace it during the heatwave in 3 days. They refused to take breaks in spite of me asking them to come into our home and cool down. Those men are some of the most dedicated and hardworking men that I’ve ever met. They did a beautiful job! I was so impressed with their speed and hard work. All the debris from new dance and every last nail and board from the old fence were cleaned up. 10 out of 10!

My coworker and I were talking about my desire to replace my patio area fence, and adding a fence in the back yard area. She recommended that I contact Robert which I did. I called and he came to meet us within a couple of days. I knew right away that I would be pleased. He was so kind, concerned and showed compassion to us and our reason to make this happen sooner rather than later. The next day we had a date scheduled to install the fence, it has exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t there during the process but my husband and son shared pictures and video’s with me. I look out my window from the kitchen and I smile 😊 counting my blessings! I am truly thankful to God for meeting Robert (Bob) for Tanner assisting with the project, proposal, contract, calls and more. For the men that removed the old fence and installed the new one, It is absolutely beautiful ! I sent pictures to my family out-of-state and my sister in Massachusetts wants this team to complete her projects. I cannot thank this group enough for the communication the work the professionalism and expertise. I am truly thankful ❤️

I've been working with Bob at Top Rail Fence since March. Even with the delay of trying to get a survey completed, Bob was very professional. My fence was schedule by Tanner and install was on June 27, with weather delays, completed on June 28. I was working with the Jarith brothers, and they were super nice and explained everything. Their work is amazing for just the two of them. I most definitely want to work with the Jarith brothers again. After speaking with Bob today (6/29/26), I will be scheduling more jobs to complete soon.

Bob was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive, so kind, and gave great guidance in designing the fence. Went with a wood and wire fence and it looks great at a rural home. Bob made it easy, Tanner took care of communications to wrap things up, and Marlin did an amazing job building the fence and gates. Bob and his team produced a great-looking fence and at a very reasonable price! The dog is happiest of all!

Top Rail was a pleasure to work with and very accommodating in our needs, which included a last minute reschedule for our neighbors tree cutting and a change order on the size of the back gate! The work was completed over a few weeks due to a wood shortage but Tanner kept us up to date and the fence looks amazing.

This was our HOA’s first experience with Top Rail, contracted to make repairs to our battered PVC fencing throughout our neighborhood. When we had some communication issues early in the process, the owner and staff stepped up promptly and effectively, ensuring that the work was done well, and that we were satisfied with the result. Even with the best companies, issues can crop up with any service, and how the company handles them and the client makes all the difference. Bob and Nahin clearly understand customer service and exhibit a strong customer service ethic. Highly recommended!

The process from start to finish was perfect. We have dogs so really needed a same day start/complete and the PM made sure we were scheduled appropriately and the work was completed. The onsite team was fast, efficient, did an excellent job with cleanup and in an area with several work from home neighbors, kept the noise level restricted to only what was necessary to accomplish the job. We couldn’t be happier with the process, cost, or results.

Top Rail was awesome. They completed our fence in one day. Removed the old chain link fence and then installed the beautiful new wooden fence. We are so excited to be in our backyard more!

Overall experience was great, from initial first visit to discuss scope of work to completed project. Communication was great, install date was accurate and work was done professionally. I can recommend Top Rail based on my experience.
