Top Rail originally came last year and the fence is holding up fine. Unfortunately, a tree that was right at the property line felled and damaged two panels. I didn't know who could fix it but I called him back and I was rescued! They did a great job at a very good price. I'm glad that he was willing to help.

He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even took the time to speak with us at 11 PM the night before our installation to make sure every detail was correct and that everything would be perfect for the next day. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out to us. The installation went smoothly, and we are so happy with how our fence turned out. All of my experience with Top Rail Fence Co. has been terrific. Bob came out and walked the land with me, explained all the options, and together we came up with a great plan to incorporate removal of a bunch of trees, adding a shed and placing the fence in just the right spot in conjunction with the shed. I ordered the materials but it took me much longer to remove the trees and build a shed than anticipated. Nathan and others at the office / warehouse were extremely patient with me as we extended the build date out several times. Finally when we had the fence built Max and his crew did a terrific job and worked with me on all the little nuances to get the fence built in just the right spot (between an around a bunch of tree stumps, and attached two sides of the new shed). I could not be happier with the results. I definitely recommend top rail fence to everyone.

Top Rail was professional from the beginning of the fence project to the end. Bob was great in listening to exactly what I wanted and answering all my questions. The construction crew showed up at the appointed time and did most of the work in one day. The crew was respectful and checked with me on any questions they had during the project. When it was finished, they cleaned up everything. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done, with the quality of the material, and the guarantee. Bob was wonderful to work with, he met with us on his day he was scheduled out of the office and took the time to listen to our needs and helped us to find the perfect privacy fence in a very short timeframe.
