I highly recommend Top Rail Fence. From start to finish. From the get-go they stayed in contact to let us know the next step. They did a beautiful job and it only took one day which was very helpful since I have two dogs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team! From start to finish, the experience was great. Bob genuinely looked out for me throughout the entire process, and that meant a lot. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re taken care of. He was honest, professional, and made the whole experience easy. I’m extremely appreciative of him and the work his team did. If you’re looking for a fence company that does quality work and treats people right, I highly recommend them!

We recently had Top Rail install 100 feet of fence and gates for us. The craftsmanship and the finished product is fantastic. They installed and finished in a day. They did an amazing job cleaning up and leaving our property looking beautiful.

Top Rail originally came last year and the fence is holding up fine. Unfortunately, a tree that was right at the property line felled and damaged two panels. I didn't know who could fix it but I called him back and I was rescued! They did a great job at a very good price. I'm glad that he was willing to help.

We had a wonderful experience with our fence installation! From start to finish, the communication and customer service were excellent. A special thank you to Bob, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and even took the time to speak with us at 11 PM the night before our installation to make sure every detail was correct and that everything would be perfect for the next day. That level of dedication and customer service really stood out to us. The installation went smoothly, and we are so happy with how our fence turned out. We really appreciated how much care was taken to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fence company!

The job was done on time well put together I had one issue but Bob came out the within a few days and showed me it wasn’t an issue just a oversight on my behalf I will recommend them to others!! Great job and me and my wife love the Privacy

Top Rail is an excellent company. Their quotes prices were the most affordable of the many we requested, their managers were communicative and timely, and the service team installed the fence impeccably and quickly. I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Highest recommendation.

All of my experience with Top Rail Fence Co. has been terrific. Bob came out and walked the land with me, explained all the options, and together we came up with a great plan to incorporate removal of a bunch of trees, adding a shed and placing the fence in just the right spot in conjunction with the shed. I ordered the materials but it took me much longer to remove the trees and build a shed than anticipated. Nathan and others at the office / warehouse were extremely patient with me as we extended the build date out several times. Finally when we had the fence built Max and his crew did a terrific job and worked with me on all the little nuances to get the fence built in just the right spot (between an around a bunch of tree stumps, and attached two sides of the new shed). I could not be happier with the results. I definitely recommend top rail fence to everyone.

Top Rail was professional from the beginning of the fence project to the end. Bob was great in listening to exactly what I wanted and answering all my questions. The construction crew showed up at the appointed time and did most of the work in one day. The crew was respectful and checked with me on any questions they had during the project. When it was finished, they cleaned up everything. I couldn't be happier with the work that was done, with the quality of the material, and the guarantee. Top Rail is a first rate and trusted company.

Had a small part of our wooden backyard fence repaired by Top Rail including rebuilding/replacing a pedestrian gate. We continue to be impressed with professionalism and quality of the work product delivered by Hercules and his team. Bob Stewart, our main contact, is very easy to communicate with and provides reasonable estimates.

The owner and all of his employees were great when they said they were coming to the house they were there. The installers were very good and they were very hard workers. The price tag for the for job was very competitive. Would use them again !! Great job!!
