They are great work with. I just had a small 4×6 storage gate installed. As busy as they were on what I am sure were larger projects the team made me fill like my build was just as important. They were able to fit me in and kept me informed the entire time, very responsive. I will definitely contact them if i ever decide to get a "big boy" fence. LOL. Thank you for your work.

I had a top rail fence install. This for me was a year adventure. I had companies not show up, price to high, some companies were not professional. Top Rail displayed none of these negative traits. The entire experience was a pleasure. The crew was knowledgeable and patient with me answering all my questions. The project was fairly priced. I highly recommend top rail. Im pleased with the work and the professional work.

I highly recommend Top Rail Fence. My backyard fence was falling apart. Bob came out and told me they could take down the fence and put in a new one within 14 days. He sent me a proposal that day, at a very reasonable price, and Tanner scheduled it for today. I was worried with the storm coming that it would have to be rescheduled, but they came this morning and were done by noon. My new fence looks great! I’ve already been told by neighbors how good it looks. I’m thrilled. The whole process was very professional, and I will be glad to recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone.

I highly recommend Top Rail Fence Richmond company! They came out on very short notice and took my privacy fence down quickly and efficiently so my shed could be delivered. Once the shed arrived, they came back the same day and put the fence back up nice, sturdy, and secure. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. The owner, Bob, reached out to me in under an hour, even though he was out of town. Within days, he had someone here to look at the property. He gave me an excellent price. Every step of the way, they were responsive to my questions. They went above and beyond to address my needs. The panel was installed quickly as soon as I was ready. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again. They did great work and had the best customer service!

From Day 1, beginning with my first interaction with Jack, I was presented with all the options and design concepts that would achieve the look and curb appeal I wanted—while staying within my budget. Jack’s professionalism and diligence in helping me choose the right direction for the project ultimately sealed the deal and gave me full confidence in hiring this company for my fencing installation. The team was also incredibly flexible with my schedule, as I had other landscaping and paving projects happening at the same time. Tanner was especially helpful—there were several times I had to move the installation dates due to delays from the landscaping company, and he was always quick and efficient in finding new dates that worked for everyone involved. Nahin and his team completed the installation in just one day! With everything else happening on the property, I honestly didn’t think it would be possible for them to finish the back portion of the fence in that timeframe. I assumed they’d only get halfway through and return another day, but I was completely wrong. They worked seamlessly around the other contractors and finished earlier than I expected. The fence was installed with care, precision, and exactly to the vision I had in mind. Lastly, Bob—the owner—was quick to follow up on every question and concern I had throughout the process.
