Customer Reviews

Top Rail Fence in the tri cities is by far one of the best companies I have ever woked with. In addition to installing over 530 feet of dog ear fence boards back in the spring, I selected them to do stain work on my fence, my deck, and my porch. Andrew performed all three sections well above my perceived expectations. His preparation work was flawless resulting in an exceptional stain job. He was prompt on the job and stayed working as late as possible (daylight ran out). The entire jobsite was left in impeccable condition when he finished the job, not leaving this satisfied homeowner with any cleanup. I reccoment the Top Rail Fence - tri cities to anyone in need of a quality fence job or staining job. Just give them a call!!

We are very happy with the quality of our fence from Top Rail Fence in Naperville. The salesperson was knowledgeable, professional, and answered all of our questions directly. The franchise owner was on-site to ensure the lot lines were accurately identified and the layout was correct, which gave us added confidence in the process. Communication was excellent from the initial proposal through project completion. We obtained four quotes and found Top Rail Fence offered the best overall value for money, with competitive pricing, high-quality materials, and a solid installation process. Overall, we had a great experience with Top Rail Fence and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality fence and a professional, well-managed installation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team! From start to finish, the experience was great. Bob genuinely looked out for me throughout the entire process, and that meant a lot. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they’re taken care of. He was honest, professional, and made the whole experience easy. I’m extremely appreciative of him and the work his team did. If you’re looking for a fence company that does quality work and treats people right, I highly recommend them!

From start to finish, Top Rail was exemplary. The managers explained perfectly to the installation team what we wanted done and the installation team of 3 did an amazing job in performing the task of putting up a black chain-link fence with 3 gates without damaging anything, including any kind of irrigation, in about five hours. The installation team was skilled, efficient, and extremely polite. They were also very protective of our neighbors and kept any soil or debris off of the neighbors’ properties. They replaced as much of the grass that was dug up as possible and washed down where there was soil as much as they could. They did a great job. Very professional. We couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend Top Rail. It wasn’t inexpensive but their price was similar to other companies’ quotes.
