Found these folks through a neighbor who recently worked with them. Top Rail now has two very satisfied clients on my street. Their crew of five made quick work of removing the old fence and did a great job building the new one. As with all construction there were a few things I found that I wanted them to address. They came back the next day and put everything right. Good people.

Justin and the team were excellent from start to finish. They responded promptly when I had any questions and on time for the appointment. Very personable and nice people. Their prices were very fair and they did a great job. Highly recommended!!!

Top Rail Fence Ann Arbor installed 40 ft of new privacy fence at my home yesterday morning. The whole experience - from submitting an online request for estimate to job completion - was very positive. John T. phoned me within a few hours we scheduled a phone consultation discuss details, needs, etc.; I received a proposal for the work within 30 minutes of that conversation. Installation date was scheduled, materials delivered 24 hrs prior to work date. John T arrived with his crew on time and work commenced immediately. Job was complete in less than 3 hours. I am very impressed with John's reliability, honesty, efficiency and attention to detail; and the crew's workmanship was top-notch. I am very happy with my new fence and highly recommend Top Rail Fence Ann Arbor.

I had made an inquiry online looking for someone from their team to send me a quote for a fence. Within minutes I received a call from Kristen to schedule a meeting and have her come to my property to look at my idea. I’d highly recommend Top Rail to anyone who wants a job done quickly and to a high standard. The timeline she quoted me was spot on and the professionalism from Kristen and her crew was superb. They picked up their trash and the wood they used was high quality. 10/10 in my book!

We had a great experience with Tanner. From the original estimate, to asking questions, to the install and to the follow up. We received bids from multiple companies and this came back very competitive. The reason for going with Tanner is that we felt confident he knew what he was doing. I had lots and lots of questions and Tanner got back to me right away and made sure I understood what was happening. During the install, Tanner was out helping the crew and making sure things came together. They got 230 feet of fence done in 2.5 days! 10/10 recommend Tanner for your fence.

Top Rail installed a cedar fence surrounding my entire backyard. A professional and expert experience from start to finish. Anthony and his crew were punctual, reasonable, pleasant and completely dedicated to the project. It looks fantastic and was built with craftsmanship and an eye for the aesthetic. Anthony kept me in the loop at every step of the way. He showed up to check the materials after delivery and was there at 7:45 the next morning to make sure all got started on the right foot, despite the fact that I live in a somewhat remote location. HIs crew worked with extraordinary efficiency but consulted me several times regarding irregularities in the property line, step-downs, etc, making sure I got what I wanted. Before leaving, the crew boss insisted I walk the entire fence line with him to give it my final approval. The jobsite was cleaned immaculately. Five minutes after the trucks pulled away, Anthony called to make sure I was satisfied. My highest recommendation.
