I wanted a dog run for my two boxers and we got three quotes. Cam came out and was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we were looking for. We decided on this company because they have outstanding reviews and I’m glad we did, the crew came out and my fence was finished that day. I saw just a few small things that needed adjusting and when they called I told them and it was no problem the next day Mike came out and fixed the problem. My dogs are happy and safe, if you need a quality fence at an affordable price with the best customer service then this is your company.

I had an excellent experience working with Ginna at Top Rail Fence! She went above and beyond to help me locate replacement pickets for my existing fence. The fence was installed by the previous owners of the company, and a few pickets were damaged by a lawnmower, so I reached out to see if replacements could be found. Ginna took the time to trace the original source of the pickets, contact the manufacturer, and arrange for replacement pieces to be ordered. She spent a considerable amount of time coordinating back and forth with the manufacturer to ensure the correct items were identified and ordered, acting as a liaison between me and the manufacturer without expecting anything in return. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, kind, and friendly. Her willingness to help and commitment to customer service truly stood out. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence, not only for the quality of their products but also for their exceptional customer service!

We have been working with Top Rail for close to 3 months as our HOA was dragging their feet and being difficult and everyone at Top Rail was extremely professional and helpful through the entire process. Ben Simmons was our PM on the project and had top notch communication as well as follow through. The crew installing the fence did a fantastic job and we’re all hard workers. Top Rail originally came last year and the fence is holding up fine. Unfortunately, a tree that was right at the property line felled and damaged two panels. I didn't know who could fix it but I called him back and I was rescued! They did a great job at a very good price. I'm glad that he was willing to help.

Well it took little while but we finally got our beautiful fence installed. Terry and Jacob were great. The crew were also fantastic. Attention to detail was top notch. The yard is actually cleaner then when they started! 10 Stars!! Highly Recommended. Thanks again, Bob Page
