We are rehabbing a property in East Tampa and had a bit of a complex fencing situation. We needed a mixture of new fencing and some repairs of old fencing. Matt and TopRail not only were the only company willing to do both, but they did both way beyond what I was expecting. This was not an easy job, and there was nuance everywhere. Of all the vendors we’ve used in this project, Matt and his crew were the best we’ve dealt with so far. The service we got couldn’t have been better, and they were also the most competitive on price as well. They went above and beyond everywhere. Matt was there not only helping with the work himself, but he was also constantly making sure I was happy and that we were on the same page, which as a detail person I very much appreciate. I couldn’t recommend these guys any more. Thanks again Matt and the TopRail crew and looking forward to doing more business with you guys going forward!

Great communication and fast response on estimates and scheduling. Very professional and friendly service. Quality work and very happy with the results. Look forward to doing business again to finish off the remainder of my yard. Hired them to remove and replace my right way side to get county off my butt and within hours they removed the old damaged fence and installed a new one. Highly recommend for fencing needs.

Matt and the team were fantastic. From the estimate to the install there was great communication and direction when we had a few questions. I’m so happy and relieved we went with them Top Rail!

I reached out to a few fencing companies but chose Top Rail in the end because Matt did such a great job explaining everything during the free estimate. I had a corner of my yard where the old fence was made into an L shape because of a large old log on the property line, but he and his crew removed the debris and gave me some extra square footage! No other company even considered that as an option. They were able to come back for the install in less than a week and did a great job. Everything was completed within a day and now I have a beautiful fence that isn't comprised of 4 different materials like my old one was!

Top Rail Fence was a wonderful company to work with. After several quotes I chose Top Rail. Our fence was installed a few days later and looks beautiful. The fence boards are thicker and stronger than my old fence. No Home Depot garbage here! They deserve every bit of 5 stars.

Matthew at Top Rail Fencing was awesome to work with. They got out to do the project in a few days and the fence looks amazing! Communication was top notch and I’m really grateful for the work!

Scheduling the free estimate was fast and easy, the pricing was very competitive, and the Top Rail Fence crew were thorough and professional. They tore down our old wooden fence and installed the new vinyl fence in one day. The new fence looks good and is sturdy. It should last for many, many years. Additionally, we hired painters after the fence was installed and the painters accidentally put a hole in one of the new fence planks. Matt told me he could replace the plank at no charge and came out himself a few weeks later to do the work. Great experience all the way around, highly recommend Top Rail Fence for your fencing needs!
