Great Experience! Anna and Andrew are extremely professional and are great at what they do. They are responsive, fast and efficient. I love the 6ft White Vinyl Fence that they installed for me. It is a beautiful fence for my 2 dogs and I am very happy with how it looks and I love my custom gate and lock! They are also very flexible with the payment, many different options. I strongly recommend them!

We had a 220-ft privacy fence installed with two walk-through gates and one 10-ft gate, and I can’t say enough good things about Top Rail Fence – Tri-Cities. The crew showed up on Friday and had everything completely finished in about 5½ hours, which honestly amazed us. Everyone on the team was professional, responsive to questions, and willing to make small adjustments along the way to be sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Both Anna and Andrew were amazing to work with! The quality of the work is excellent, and the finished fence looks great. It’s rare to find a company that does exactly what they promise, when they promise it, and does it well. Highly recommend.

Great communication. Anna and Andrew were both very helpful and communicative through the whole process. They checked up to make sure everything was good. They were able to schedule the fence installation super quickly. Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job. They were quick and efficient while putting up the fence. No issues with the fence installation, everything looks good.

I found Top Rail Fence in the net - looked good and decided to give them a try. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Anna was a most helpful godsend in arranging for the estimate and maintaining contact during the entire job. Andrew kept me informed of the status without my having to call to find out what was happening. The installation was performed quickly and professionally by a 4 man crew who kept me informed as to what and when they would be doing anything. The 500 foot + dog ear stockade fence job only took 2 days from digging post holes to installing the fence and gates. The crew picked up all debris an left the site in first class condition.The job looks great and I am glad that I chose Top Rail as my fence installer. I will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing their services!

Had a really great experience. They got my fence done earlier than expected and done all in one day. Looks amazing. Workers were professional and super nice. Did an amazing job. My dog is super stoked as well. 10/10 recommend.

We are so impressed with Top Rail! We submitted an estimate request on their website and heard back within a week. They were on-site doing an estimate within 3 days. They were super helpful in the whole process, and very reasonably priced. What they estimated is exactly what we paid—no surprises. From estimate to installation was two weeks and it looks great! Installation took 3 hours, they were thorough, and very professional. Absolutely highly recommend!

These guys went above and beyond my expectations for service and workmanship. We were in process of moving from out of state with 3 large dogs in tow, and Top Rail took care of everything to make sure we had a safe fenced in yard. Anna and Andrew kept me informed and sent pics to ensure I had what I wanted. It was a huge relief to be able to safely let our dogs out in the new yard after a very long drive at the end of the day. We will definitely be using their services for future projects. Outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

These guys are great and hard working. I communicated my ideas and they executed them to perfection. The guys that did the install were friendly, efficient, and fast without ignoring detail. From the sales rep, to the site supervisor, to the work crew I could not have asked or received better. We've gotten tons of compliments including from the inspector that closed out the permit. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate in using them again.
