Top Rail Fence installed our fence a few months ago, and the experience was great from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely nice and easy to work with. Installation only took one day, and we were able to see all the high-quality materials which were to be used beforehand. They also took care of all the paperwork (such as permits) and helped ensure all HOA guidelines were met. Any hiccups during the process were sorted out immediately. They really take a family-friendly, customer-first approach and made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The whole team of Top Rail Fence Volusia County are very professional. After the Hurricane Milton past I needed to replace a section of my fence. I called and spoke to Justin where he immediately was happy to assist me with the requirements of my insurance company. Within 24 hours a received the documents the insurance required to process my claim. Again, thank you Justin and your team for providing everything I needed.
