The 3-man crew who extended my backyard fence this morning were AMAZING - theu completed am additional fence install of 58 feet PLUS 2 Gate relocations in 4 hours!!! EXCELLENT Customer Service - I would satisfactorily refer this Company to ANYONE in need of fence installs or repairs!

The crew was awesome, came in and killed it!! Worked hard and got the job done. The foreman was the best, he kept me informed on everything as I had a tricky lot line. Hands down would recommend this company for your fencing needs!!

I have no complaints about this company. They were professional, friendly and punctual they were informative and patiently explained the entire process from start to finish but best of all.... the fence looks wonderful and level. I live it. I recommend TopRail over others

We are so pleased with our new fence. Justin was communicative throughout the whole process and answered any calls or texts right away. He was the only vendor that actually took the time to call the local permitting agency and ask what was required so there were no surprises. We had gotten quotes from 3 other vendors and his pricing was by far the best. His quote included everything, so again no surprises. By the time we got the proposal to install, it was about 3 weeks so we weren’t waiting for months. The guys who installed were professional and got everything done in a day.

Awesome job , they made me a great offer saved 2k , made the City permit in NO time , they get the installation in half day despite I have the largest yard in the community .. Highly recommended AL

After having a very bad experience at my previous home with fencing, I was worried about the process and pricing for my new home's fencing. The process of getting the bid, to scheduling, to installation was seamless. During the bidding option, I expressed what style I was wanting, and I was giving multiple options (wood, vinyl, just backyard, front yard included) that helped me see what I was able to do. Within the bidding process, they have financing options from Acorn Finance, which helped me get the exact option I was wanting. Top Rail did everything from filing the permits and paperwork, and scheduling was easy. Communication and customer service is top notch. The installation crew was extremely friendly, hard working, communicated clearly of any issues and did an outstanding job. All the team went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Top Rail to anyone looking to get a new fence.

Justin and his crew were absolutely phenomenal. We’ll start with the communication absolutely perfect every time I had a question they would call me ! Justin knew how bad I wanted this fence up and how quickly I wanted it done ….got it done within two weeks. I mean amazing ! Elizabeth in the office is such a doll So kind and professional and answered me at 8 o’clock at night I mean that’s how awesome she is !!! The installation crew I’m gonna be honest I’m horrible with names, but they are the nicest guys ever so professional so courteous on time did an amazing job. My level is so perfect. 🤩 I couldn’t have asked for a better crew !!! I look forward to recommending everyone to them because we’ll never go anywhere else !
