After having a very bad experience at my previous home with fencing, I was worried about the process and pricing for my new home's fencing. The process of getting the bid, to scheduling, to installation was seamless. During the bidding option, I expressed what style I was wanting, and I was giving multiple options (wood, vinyl, just backyard, front yard included) that helped me see what I was able to do. Within the bidding process, they have financing options from Acorn Finance, which helped me get the exact option I was wanting. Top Rail did everything from filing the permits and paperwork, and scheduling was easy. Communication and customer service is top notch. The installation crew was extremely friendly, hard working, communicated clearly of any issues and did an outstanding job. All the team went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Top Rail to anyone looking to get a new fence.

Justin and his crew were absolutely phenomenal. We’ll start with the communication absolutely perfect every time I had a question they would call me ! Justin knew how bad I wanted this fence up and how quickly I wanted it done ….got it done within two weeks. I mean amazing ! Elizabeth in the office is such a doll So kind and professional and answered me at 8 o’clock at night I mean that’s how awesome she is !!! The installation crew I’m gonna be honest I’m horrible with names, but they are the nicest guys ever so professional so courteous on time did an amazing job. My level is so perfect. 🤩 I couldn’t have asked for a better crew !!! I look forward to recommending everyone to them because we’ll never go anywhere else !
