These guys are amazing. Very professional while still being personable. No one else could even come out and look at my fence, much less get me on the schedule for almost 2 months. I explained to these guys that my neighbor was selling their house and we needed it done ASAP. They were here the same week, gave me an amazing quote and less than 2 weeks later we have a new fence. Can't recommend these guys more. Thank you so much, I'll be calling you again when it's time to replace the rest of my fence because I know it will be done right

From the first meeting with Dave until the end of the project, he took the time to answer all of our questions and gave great suggestions. He understood that we were having our custom home built and was very flexible with us as we had to change our install date several times. His team did an AMAZING job and even came back to pressure wash the fence to make it look nice and bright. The price was also reasonable. TopRail Fence Company just completed installing approximately 200 feet of vinyl fencing along with a walk gate at our home. After extensive research in our attempt to make the best selection of installer, we finally settled on this company. We could not have been so lucky! Both teams of workers involved in the removal and haul off of the existing fence and the final phase of installing the new fence were “spot on”. They demonstrated their experience, expertise, professionalism and ability to perform an outstanding job with incredible results. The fence has enhanced our home immensely, “Picture Perfect”. Should you be in the market for any fence work we highly recommend Top-Rail Fence Company. And by the way, the cost of the fence was most reasonable compared to other estimates. I recommend Top Rail for numerous reasons. One that really stuck with me is that the owner personally came out to do my free estimate on the weekend due to work around my work schedule. I received my reasonable quote in less than 24 hours. They also offered a couple of financing options through third party companies embedded right in to the quote. Once I got the financing and accepted, he kept in contact with me for a few weeks anytime i wrote him. When i wanted to change the plans, he sought was i was looking for and showed me the options and gave an updated price. I ended up deciding against the upgrades. When they came to install, in error he brought the upgraded color choice and I kinda got worried as that was like a $500 difference for how much fencing I needed. He then said well, I thought you chose that one but you're right you didn't select it, if you want the black fence, you will have it, at no cost. NO COST! It was so refreshing to see a company who owns a mistake and passes the benefit on to the customer! Not many do that anymore. The major point of getting the fence is to have a safe space for my dog to play without escaping. In some spots the fence was able to push outwards at the bottom, I expressed my concern and he quickly offered to do tension wire and had it fixed. There was an error with the driveway hole but he too had that fixed quickly and agreed that it was not up to his standards. He also got the clear 811 report for the digging, which 811 failed to mark some spots which resulted in cutting the wire to my internet. He assisted me when calling comcast to explain the issue and it was resolved the same day. His team was able to assist the comcast guy so that I didn't have to return home to deal with it. The entire team was respectful. I am very pleased with his customer service and communication! I'm even more pleased with my new fence. If anyone needs a fence, with a reasonable price and great customer service, Top Rail Fence is the place to call!

Dave and the Top Rail Fence team were fantastic to work with. Received a free estimate and quote withing 24 hours of calling the office. They got me installed within a week and the installation crew were professional, polite and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend this company if you're in need of a fence
