I had a pretty good experience with this company. They got the work done in one day, even beating the rain, and the work is excellent. I had two minor issues: They charged me for underground insurance that I was not aware of and they put the back gate on backwards (the hardware was on the outside, which was not right to me), but said I had agreed to both when I signed the contract. I guess my only criticism would be that I would ahve liked to have a better explanation of the contract and what I was agreeing to before the job. Other than that, I would recommend them 100%!

Great work and affordable pricing! I am extremely happy with my fence installation. The fencing team was great and extremely accommodating!

It was a rough start as the crew sent to remove and replace a 10' double gate with a 12' double gate spoke very little english. It was a disaster: less that 12' wide, uneven, and the gap between so narrow that the latch wouldn't work. The owner had the manager and 1 crew member come back and completely rebuilt the entire gate system to perfection. Now very pleased with the results.

I can’t compliment Steve, Dave and the rest of the crew enough! They worked with me during the HOA approval process and had me on stand by the second I got approval to put up the fence. The team worked to get the fence up in one day which was unbelievable. I had several quotes, but if you are looking for an affordable, reliable, honest and skilled company, this is it! Steve came out the same day I called and I had a quote less than an hour after he left. Once I got the HOA approval, the fence was installed two days later. All three men worked very hard and did excellent work. I would recommend Top Rail to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their fence!

Steve arrived early, gave an estimate ,answered all of our questions, and sent a quote that evening. All communication with Steve was handled quickly. This company has been courteous, friendly and professional throughout our fence replacement. The men who completed the work, were also friendly, professional and completed the job as requested. The jobsite was totally cleaned up and our fence is lovely. We would highly recommend Top Rail Fence.

I met with Dave the owner and agreed on a price. Jose and his helper came out when my job was scheduled and did an outstanding job!!! Fantastic installation and attention to detail! Top Rail Fence was able to install a beautiful vinyl fence with gates on my property. The workers were all diligent and cleaned everything perfectly. I would highly recommend Top Rail Fence to everyone! Dave was very knowledgeable and helped me decide the right fence, answering all of my numerous questions.

Seamless and very easy experience from start to finish. The entire fence was put up in one day with removal of my old fence, then the gates were added the next morning. Not only was Top Rail quite a bit less costly than the top rated company in the city, their workmanship could not have been better. My wife and I are very pleased with the time it took to finish our privacy fence and the design was better than we expected. 5 stars all the way!
