With a diverse background, Sean brings extensive expertise in sales, team building, and recruiting to his new role. His love for the outdoors and Colorado’s abundant sunshine, coupled with proximity to world-class skiing and family ties, make him a dedicated member of the community. Meet Stephen West, co-owner of Top Rail Fence Denver and Fort Collins. He brings a wealth of experience and precision to the fencing industry. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, Stephen relocated to Colorado in 2019, drawn by the stunning landscapes and outdoor activities. With a background deeply rooted in the automotive industry, Stephen’s attention to detail and pursuit of excellence are unmatched.
