He repeatedly checked in to make absolutely certain the finished product met—and exceeded—our expectations. He truly excelled in every aspect of customer service. Manuel, the foreman, was equally amazing. He and the entire crew were professional, efficient, hardworking, and completed the job in a very timely manner. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were respectful of our property throughout the entire process. When the job was finished, they also did a fantastic job cleaning everything up. It is rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with this level of communication, professionalism, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Top Rail Fence North Georgia absolutely deserves five stars. Excellent attitude towards change

Our fences got messed up, so we needed a quick fix. They squeezed me into their schedule and put up a new fence for us in about a week. They're pros! Travis explained and suggested the best way to install the fence for our sloped yard. His crew is super professional, works great, and respects your property. They clean up after they're done, and it only takes them a couple of hours to install a new fence for us. I totally recommend them.

Travis, the owner of Top Rail fencing, was a pleasure to deal with. He came out to the house, sat down and met with us and went over all of our questions/concerns. On the day of the job beginning. he showed up with his crew. They did such a professional job; they first took the old fence down and put the new fence up and went back and checked everything. I would recommend this company to anyone that would like personal and professional care!

Travis and his team were amazing and professional. My yard was a very unique situation. Travis and Manuel and the team were great to talk to and open to all suggestions and or possibilities to resolve our issues. My husband and I couldn't be more thankful to Top Rail Fence. We went with a shadow box effect of double planked cedar. The natural cedar smell is amazing. Our backyard looks fabulous and I know we will enjoy it for years to come. We would recommend them to anyone.

Working with Travis and all the employees associated with Top Rail Fence was great. If I could give them a rating higher than 5 stars, I would. They removed an old rotting fence, cleared out the overgrown brush, shrubs, and trees that needed to be removed to install the new fence, and completed the new fence all in one day. If you are looking to have a new fence installed, I highly recommend Top Rail.

Fantastic experience and results using Top Rail Fence! Came out for a consult quickly, got us scheduled quickly. The final product is beautiful. Worked with us to ensure the fence met our needs but also didn't create issues down the line. We work from home and install was very unobtrusive -- no issues at all getting work done while it was happening. Highly recommend!
