Brad Ledford, a Chattanooga, TN native, has 12 years of Franchise ownership experience and many more in the construction industry, including one as a General Manager of a fencing company. Brad is one of our Senior Franchise Operations Managers with Top Rail Fence since September 2023. He is a graduate of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an Eagle Scout, and spends his free time paddling whitewater rivers throughout the United States.
