Andy’s company did such a great job on our 6ft privacy fence. He communicated very well and he was able to get his guys out to install the fence the day I closed on my new house. The fence looks great and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out! My neighbor even asked who built my fence and he is now using Andy as well. Great experience all around!

Top Rail Fencing is top dog! Beautiful secure vinyl fence adds curb appeal to my home. Their team, from sales to install, shared timely clear communication of install process with site plan and material pictures, met all my requests, and finished on time. Competitive pricing. I will use Top Rail Fencing for any future fence projects.

My dealings with Bob and Top Rail Richmond came about in a very unexpected and frustrating way. Our local Top Rail contractor who had "finished" our fence was exceptionally difficult to deal with and quite frankly, he butchered 290' of vinyl. I called Bob with a few questions just hoping to get clarity with my situation and he was more than happy to step up and make sure we got exactly what we paid for. Long story short- Bob and his guys took over and within a week, my fence was corrected (which involved resetting or moving nearly every post). His project manager Nahin was most knowledgeable, friendly, and communicative. The rest of the crew were friendly as well and very respectful of the property and our neighbors nearby. Top Rail Richmond volunteered to clean up a mess with which they had no obligation and were more than happy to do so. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bob and his guys stand out in today's world of BS and mediocre craftsmanship. They're all around great dudes and they're welcome back to my house for a round of beers any time. Thanks again, fellas!

Everyone was professional throughout the process and patient as we had to resolve a drainage issue in our yard. We now have a beautiful fence that will last years.
