We recently contracted with the folks at Top Rail Fence, to remove and replace an old wooden fence with a new aluminum solution. From the outset, these folks were very responsive both in communication and setting timely appointments. Within 4 weeks from the time of estimate approval (their cost was significantly lower than competitors) they were on sight installing the fence. The installation crew was meticulous, clean and polite. Prior to starting the work, they discussed the plan to ensure we were all on the same page. We had 160 feet of fencing to remove and replace, all of which was accomplished in less than 5 hours. I would highly encourage anyone needing some fencing to reach out to these folks before settling on a vendor. Great job guys!

My experience with Top Rail Fence was exceptional. Hercules and Alejandro were true professionals, and I would gladly hire them again. They started the replacement on time, asked thoughtful questions, and offered expert suggestions. Despite the 95 degree heat, they worked until the new fence was complete, hauled away the old fence, and provided clear maintenence instructions.

The Other Side of the Fence This was my second time using Top Rail Fence for my residential property and the crew did an outstanding job. After the installation date was scheduled, I was informed that the team would begin in the afternoon and finish the following day. Instead, they arrived in the early to mid-morning and completed the entire project before 5 p.m. The finished fence looks fantastic. The top line is nearly perfectly aligned, and the spacing between the pickets is consistent throughout. As expected with most fence installations, there is a slight variation at the bottom in a few areas due to the terrain, but it's easily corrected with a little dirt or mulch—and the crew even took the time to backfill those areas. The materials are high quality, and the 25-year warranty on the wood, along with the 3-year labor warranty, provides excellent peace of mind. Quality workmanship is well worth the investment, and Top Rail Fence remains very competitively priced. The owner was a pleasure to work with, answering calls or returning them the same day—a level of customer service that's becoming increasingly rare. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone looking for a professional, reliable company that stands behind its work.

We just had a fence installed and we just love it. The vinyl fencing took a while to come in but once the guys were able to get us on the schedule they were able to get it all done in a day (half afternoon of one day and morning of the next. The installers were very professional and polite. They worked hard and made sure to clean up everything when they were through. We will recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone whom we know needs a new fence or whomever asks use who did our fence. It looks beautiful.

I hired Top Rail Fence to install a vinyl privacy fence at my home. The company was priced right. I researched other companies and some were really out there. I was surprised to find they sent a crew that was both professional but personable hard workers. I got to know each of them. They were knowledgeable and communicated with each other on the job. They also had great patience with an old man who had a lot of questions. In the end I got exactly what I pictured in my mind the fence I wanted. I wouldn't change a thing. The best or worst thing is, I hated to see my new friends leave. Happy trails guys.
